Compare help for your first STR purchase

Choose the work you need done, then compare the actual proposal: acquisition, representation, managed ownership, education or data.

Start with the company you are evaluating. Each profile links to a direct comparison and an alternatives guide; selected acquisition teams also have a contract-question worksheet.

How these comparisons are written

BNB Accelerator publishes this section and has a commercial interest in offering its acquisition service. Provider descriptions link to public sources and state review dates. We compare the work, ownership model and questions a buyer should resolve; we do not assign unsupported scores or claim to have tested competitors as customers. Historical programs are labeled, and an unavailable price is left for a written quote.

Fees, service territories, personnel and support can change. The signed agreement and address-level checks control your decision. You may choose a competitor, assemble specialists yourself or defer the purchase if neither route fits.

Bring a purchase plan, not just a provider name

Discuss your available cash, target market and who will operate the property.

Use one purchase file to compare the work

After choosing a provider profile, bring the same candidate address, intended use, available cash and decision deadline to each conversation. These existing worksheets help you separate a public description from the actual proposal without treating every company as the same service.

  1. Assign deliverables and acceptance responsibilities: identify the promised output, evidence, exclusions, fee trigger and buyer decision; a delivered report is not permission to close.
  2. Review the market report against the intended purchase: check comparable selection, definitions, covered dates and the buyer's real opening window before copying revenue into an offer model.
  3. Keep a dated deal evidence register: name who will resolve each missing address-level answer and when it affects price, funding or a transaction decision.
  4. Compare the agent and acquisition-team agreements: map compensation, offsets, continuing obligations and decision rights rather than assuming one engagement replaces the other.

Do not send private seller, client or guest records through an unrestricted public channel. Use authorized evidence and the actual signed scope; unresolved questions are not automatic cancellation, refund or extension rights. Navigation reviewed October 7, 2026. BNB Accelerator is the commercially interested publisher; these are buyer decision aids, not firsthand competitor testing, a provider ranking or guaranteed results.
