BNB Accelerator reference

A useful model shows its seams.

How BNB Accelerator creates differentiated planning pages without hiding uncertainty.

What the numbers are

Every rate, occupancy, cost, and contribution number is an illustrative starting point. Market anchors are directional editorial assumptions, adjusted by property capacity and the selected operating goal. They are not scraped performance data, appraisals, or forecasts.

What makes pages different

Each scenario combines a market demand shape, seasonality frame, property capacity and cost profile, and operating objective. Those inputs change the economics, checklist, risk emphasis, and comparisons. Pages are useful because the model is editable, not because the URL exists.

Quality gate

A generated page must have a unique title and description, a self-referencing canonical, visible assumptions, a market-specific demand section, a property-specific operations section, cross-links, and a working calculator. The build checker rejects missing or duplicate essentials.

How to use the library

Replace every default with current evidence: date-level comparable rates, a cleaner quote, insurance quote, tax and licensing requirements, utilities, maintenance, and financing. Save the source and date for each input. Run a downside case before an upside case.

Editorial rule: if a local fact can change, verify it at the source instead of presenting it as timeless truth.
