What an Airbnb investment company actually does
BNB Accelerator is not a coaching program, a course marketplace, or a community with weekly calls. We are an acquisition company. Our team finds short-term rental investment properties, underwrites them against real booking data, negotiates the purchase, coordinates the transaction, pairs the property with designers and managers, and introduces you to partner CPA firms for tax strategy.
The distinction matters because it determines what you are paying for. With a course, you are paying for information and hoping you can execute. With us, you are paying for execution and receiving results.
How we operate
Our acquisitions team is active across eight states, screening more than 1,000 listings per week. We work in markets where the data supports strong short-term rental performance: the Smoky Mountains, Gulf Coast Alabama and Florida, Scottsdale, the Carolinas, and select mountain and desert markets. We are not in every market -- depth of local knowledge and vendor relationships beats geographic breadth.
When a property clears our screening process, we present it to the client with a complete financial model built on real comparable booking data. The client decides. If they approve, we handle everything from offer to keys.
